Absolutely TERRIBLE. Called today because I have a lost package. The man who answered the phone was the rudest I have ever been spoken to. I understand my missing package was not his fault and I didn't take anything out on him. He spoke to me like a child absolutely terrible customer service. The man needs to be fired and seek a job where he doesn't deal with people, clearly he's not a people person. (0 wasn't an option so I had to give this place 1 star).
