Wow, the technician that came to fix our hvac had the audacity to say to my fiance as she called our credit card company to ensure we were not being billed or charged twice as the service manager had stated.....the technician said, "hurry the f up or I'm going to take the mother f ING part out..." my fiance called me from cutting and trimming my grass to our kitchen where the recommit continued to raise his voice and scream even after being asked to wait outside and not to speak to my fiance in this way, he then threatened to call the police which of course I invited him to do. ..... we were completely up sold and taken and of, absolutely terrible. Upon arrival to our beach home the technician just walked into our beach house not once but four times then proceeded to curse at my fiance. This statement is signed the occupant, that's how I was addressed in the email to my fiance from the management as we addressed this concern with their leadership. I hope your wife or fiance is not threatened and cursed until the man of the house arrives.

We have used A&A for many years. They installed two AC systems for us-one over twenty years ago and a second one last year. When we have called for service they are usually there the next day. The technicians have always been honest. The company is 100% reliable. I laughed out loud when I read the bad reviews. Those reviews are not accurate. Service companies come and go at the beach. A&A has been here a long time because they treat customers well.
A & A always takes great care of my unit at my home and very fast service I have nothing bad to say.
Ridiculously bad customer service. They are all about the sell, and go above and beyond during that stage, and then once they have you sold, they abandon you. You cannot get anyone out to your house for maintenance and they give you all sorts of reasons for why--they are too busy, it's too far away, etc. Then when they finally come to your house, they take 10 hours and still can't fix what's wrong, then they charge you $500 for those 10 hours during which nothing was fixed. The geothermal will not save you money, as they claim. We and everyone we know who got it from them are actually paying more than we did with oil heat and window units.
