Your customer service after our fence was installed and recently contacted you for about two months now has been aweful. Trying to get a panel replaced has not been good. Several attempts to calling and I am told we will be out to replace it is not done yet. Won't return calls and on a several calls no one answered the phone. I am sure you PO u are aware that I cannot give good references since I have had poor customer service. There is other companies out there you know.
I am so happy with our fence and the level of service we received! Jason really took the time to work with us to make sure we were happy with what we got. It's sometimes hard to find someone on the Eastern Shore that will get back with you when they say they will and show up when they say they will. McGee Fence did just that--very reliable. Wow, wow, wow!! I am so impressed with my new fence and this company. I would recommend Jason and his crew to anyone and everyone! They came when they said they would and completed the whole thing by the time I got home from work. The removed the old fence and replaced it with a beautiful new cedar privacy fence. My neighbor told me how impressed he was with the crew and how quickly, efficiently, and professionally they worked. If you need a new fence, call them. Just call them.
We had an outstanding experience with McGee Fence. Not only is our fence great quality, but the service was excellent! We got 2 different types of fences in our yard, and they made it very easy to pick 2 styles that went well together and stayed in our budget. I received a quick estimate even though we are about an hour away, in Onancock, Virginia. Jason was patient and pleasant. The crew he sent was equally as pleasant and did great work. They installed a four foot high, three rail fence with wire mesh. The foreman, Dave, checked with us each step of the way to make sure it was installed exactly as we wanted it installed. The locks on the gates are wonderful! I would recommend and use again!
