Premier was referred to me by my friend and neighbor where I live in Rehoboth Beach. I wanted to have a glass enclosure on my outdoor space. I contacted Frank and he came out within a week, took measurements, and immediately called his office to get me an estimate for this job. He gave me a price, but when his written estimate came in, it was $1,000. higher than he verbally quoted me. I was prepared to still hire him, primarily because he was recommended to me. Since that time, I have called his office at least 6 times, left messages, emailed Frank directly, and not once has he returned my call or my emails. The last time that I called, this week, I left a message with his office person, and clearly told them that I did not think that they wanted my business, and if I did not hear from them by today, that I would hire someone else to do the job. The office person clearly said that they want my business, but as of now, I have not heard from them. As a business, owner, I would rate their customer service as very poor. Even if he did not want my business, he could have just called me and told me that, it would have saved my time and his.
