I had a very similar experience to the last person who wrote in. Custom went out and charged me $138 to look at my broken air conditioner. They told me that I needed to pay $306 for a leak check. I called back and tried to get an explanation on how the $306 figure was come to since it is just labor and the answers were unsatisfactory. They also told me I needed my crawl space pumped out, my sump pump moved, and a filter cabinet installed under the house. I decided to call another company. It turns out, I just had a broken valve, no leak test is needed at all and the tenant in my property told the 2nd company that Custom Mechanical never even went under the house! I agree with the last post...a very suspicious operation.
Called them out for no heat they charged us 140.00 just too tell us we needed a new system ours unrepairable Tryed too sell us a new system for $3500 too $8500called for a 2nd opinion system was easly repaired by 2nd company for a couple hundred very suspicious operation
